Detailed Design

There are many details to consider when designing your house. We want our customers focused on what they want and need.

Thus our base fee to design and build your house covers everything till you move in: layout floorplan, electrical wiring, water and sewer pipe connections, gas setup, interior design from flooring to wall paper to basic lighting, window styles, shutters, door and handle designs, sinks, tubs, kitchen cabinetry, power outlets’ locations, ground sheeting and gravel around the house, mailbox, parking slab, outside faucet, and more.

MyHouse will build your 96m² (29 tsubo) house with a 10 year JIO (Builder’s Insurance) guarantee for ¥15,000,000 (¥1500 man). This is the starting point. We will make a proportional adjustment for any change in size beyond ±3m². This pricing is for a standard wood frame house. We also build houses with metal frames or reinforced concrete.
